  1. cabowabo REVIEW:

I second the recommendation to use greek yogurt. You'll get a much more authentic consistency to the sauce. Flavor is outstanding.

  2. Kiowa REVIEW:

I have been trying to find a recipe that tastes like the Mad Greek's tzatziki in Beaverton, Oregon. This is it. Definitely get the Greek yogurt for use in this recipe. I used the Greek Gods brand.

  3. Guest Foodie REVIEW:

The only suggestion I would make is to use real Greek yogurt (found right next to traditional yogurts). Be careful to avoid the one made with honey.

  4. Lei REVIEW:

This is great! Taste exactly as the ones I had in restaurants! Awesome!!! Very easy to make as well especially for starters like me.

  5. Ken REVIEW:

My wife and I had my parents over for dinner and we all loved this recipe! I wasn't sure how it was going to come out since this is the first time I have made Tzatziki Sauce. My parents said it reminded them of the sauce they put on Falafel when they went to Israel. YUM!!!

  6. Jen REVIEW:

This recipe is wonderful! I have tried other tzatziki sauce recipes and they were nowhere near as flavorful as this. My husband and I have tried to replicate a cucumber sauce for gyros like we ate with doner kebabs in Europe, and this one is it!!
