ingredients
3 bread-crumb coated frozen fish fillets
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
6 corn tortillas, heated
1 1/2 cup finely shredded green cabbage
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
3 limes, quartered
directions
Cook the fish fillets as directed on the packaging until crispy and hot. Keep warm.
Meanwhile, combine the mayonnaise and salsa in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
When the fish is cooked, cut each fillet in half. Place one half in the center of each tortilla. Top the fish with 1/4 cup of the shredded cabbage. Sprinkle lightly with 1 teaspoon of cilantro. Top with 3 tablespoons of the spicy mayonnaise.
Fold the tortillas in half and serve immediately with lime quarters for drizzling.
