2 bell peppers, seeded and coarsely chopped
1/2 pound hot peppers, seeded, and coarsely chopped
1 pound onions, peeled and chopped
1 pound tomatoes, seeded and cut in wedges
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 cup vinegar
1/4 cup oil
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse process until chunky and mixed (do not puree).
Place in a covered container and refrigerate for 1 hour to meld flavors. Serve with tortilla chips or use in recipes.
