ingredients
2 red bell peppers
2 green bell peppers
2 orange bell peppers
2 yellow bell peppers
5 very ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
6 whole jalapenos, chopped (seeds and all), or to taste
2 Anaheim peppers, chopped
2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
2 packages (6 ounce size) fresh raspberries
2 cups chopped cilantro
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 cup honey
1/2 cup orange-flavored liqueur
1 cup good tequila (yes, it matters!)
4 cloves garlic
salt, to taste
directions
Slice and dice all vegetables and blend together.
Add half of the fruit and rest of ingredients. Stir very well and refrigerate overnight.
Before serving, add rest of fruit.
