A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.

By the name I was expecting it to be more of a dip recipe but it's really more of a coleslaw/salad type recipe. We liked it a lot (kinda had to change our menu at the last minute since it wasn't an appetizer). I think I'd use fresh jalapeno next time. The pickled stood out too much with the other ingredients not in a bad way but I just would prefer the fresh "heat" from the jalapenos.
