Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.

Made with creamy avocados, ripe tomatoes, and a hint of lime, this easy-to-make avocado salsa recipe is perfect for snacking or as a topping.

2 medium avocados, pit removed, peeled, and finely diced
1 large ripe tomato, finely chopped
4 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon salt
Combine the avocado, tomato, green onion, and cilantro in a bowl. Mix gently to combine. Sprinkle the rice vinegar and lime juice over all. Add the garlic, crushed red pepper, and salt. Mix well.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to fully chill.
Serve with chips.
