1 cup mango, diced
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
directions
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill for one hour.
Store in a plastic container or plastic bag.
