1-2 hrs
ingredients
Cheesecake
1 pound cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup chocolate chips, melted
2 banana, ripe
Crust
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Beat cream cheese and sugar in a bowl on medium speed until smooth and fluffy. Slowly add vanilla and eggs to mixture. Mix in the sour cream.
Remove 1/3 of the cheese mixture to a small bowl and stir in melted chocolate. Add mashed bananas to the non-chocolate mixture.
Line the bottom of a 12-inch springform pan with foil and put the pan back together. Combine crumbs and melted butter and pack into the bottom of the pan.
Pour about two-thirds of the banana mixture into the pan. Add the chocolate mixture. Finish with the remainder of the banana mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes, lower temperature to 225 degrees F and bake for approximately 1 hour more.

They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
Ranking #1 in nearly every "favorite cookie" poll, the chocolate chip cookie is pretty much the go-to cookie of choice for both kids and grownups alike.
