1 cup grain alcohol or vodka
4 teaspoons liquid lecithin

This is similar to "Pam" nonstick spray.
Place grain alcohol and lecithin in a small jar and shake to mix.
If you don't like using grain alcohol, you can use vegetable oil in its place.
You can brush this on, but a small spray bottle works better. I found that the bottles that throat spray comes in work great as they have a real fine spray. This stuff is super.
