ingredients
2 cups biscuit, pancake, or waffle mix
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
directions
Stir together the above ingredients, and store them in an airtight jar.
For Cornbread: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Add entire contents of jar to 2 eggs, 1 cup milk, and 1/2 cup melted butter. Stir ingredients just until blended.
Place this in a greased, 8 inch square baking pan, and bake for 30 minutes!
