1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
2 teaspoons dried minced celery
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For Coating Mix: Place in an airtight container and attach instructions.
"Instructions To Use: Blend 1/2 cup milk and one egg together in a pie pan; set aside.
Rinse and pat dry 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts; set aside.
Combine all coating ingredients. Add one cup coating mix to a plastic ziplock plastic bag.
Dip chicken breasts into milk mixture. Add to coating mix, 1 piece at a time, shaking to cover. Arrange chicken in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees F until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork, about one hour.
