20 cups bread flour
1 1/4 cup sugar
4 teaspoons salt
1 cup instant nonfat dry milk
directions
Bread Mix: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir together to distribute evenly. Put in a large airtight container. Label. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 6 to 8 months.
To use: Combine 3.5 cups bread mix with 1 tablespoon yeast and one cup warm water. Bake as desired. You can add in additional ingredients such as nuts or flavorings if desired.
