Chicken Strips In Garlic And Butter Sauce

ingredients
2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
1 cup flour
1 cup butter
salt and pepper
garlic powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
parsley
1 can condensed chicken broth
directions
Cut chicken into strips. Put salt, pepper, garlic powder, and then flour into a plastic bag. Place chicken in the bag and shake until well coated.
Saute chicken in half the butter. While sauteing chicken, put minced garlic, and remaining butter in a baking dish.
Place chicken in the dish, and pour broth over it. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
