ingredients
2 eggs
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 1/3 cup skim or whole milk
3 tablespoons honey
3/4 teaspoon salt
directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a small baking dish.
In a bowl beat together eggs and peanut butter. When blended, add other ingredients and stir to mix.
Pour into greased baking dish and set dish in a pan of hot water. Bake 30 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.

After it was baked I drizzled it with a chocolate ganache and dusted it with powdered sugar. out of this world!
