Fool Proof Egg Custard

ingredients
4 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups milk
directions
Beat eggs and sugar. Add salt, vanilla and milk. Stir and put in custard cups.
Put cups in electric skillet. Pour hot water (as hot as can be from hot water tap) into skillet, bring water even with top of custard in cups.
Bring to rolling boil. Put lid on tight. Turn off skillet. Let set for 30 minutes without peeking.
