ingredients

1 pound fully-cooked Italian sausage, sliced 1/2-inch thick
2 1/2 pounds potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/4-inch thick
2 medium onions, chopped
1 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
salt, pepper, and garlic powder, to taste
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cheddar cheese soup
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of celery soup

directions

Place the sausage in the crock pot. Top with the potatoes, onions, and mushrooms. Sprinkle with the Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Combine the cheddar cheese soup and cream of celery soup. Pour over the vegetables and sausage.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours or until the vegetables are tender and the sausage is heated through.

Serve hot.
