Tuna or Chicken Salad Cream Puffs

ingredients
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup butter
2 unbeaten eggs
chicken or tuna salad
directions
Mix flour and salt. Sift onto wax paper. Heat water and butter in saucepan until butter melts. Add flour all at once; beat vigorously over low heat until mixture leaves side of pan.
Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each. Drop small teaspoonfuls on greased baking sheet, 1" apart. Bake at 450 degrees F for 5 minutes, then 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. Cut top of puff part way (not all the way through), and stuff
Tuna or Chicken Puffs: Fill with tuna or chicken salad.
Sweet Puffs: If you wish, you can use the puffs for dessert. Drop tablespoonfuls instead of teaspoonfuls and fill with custard or your favorite ice cream. You can pour chocolate syrup on top.
