ingredients

1 can (10.25 ounce size) chicken broth
4 teaspoons sodium free chicken bouillon powder
1 quart water
2 cups diced celery
2 cups diced onion
4 cups diced potatoes
3 cups diced carrots
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen whole kernel corn
2 cans (10.75 ounce size) cream of chicken soup
4 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

directions

Combine all ingredients except cheese in crock pot. Cover; cook on low 10 to 12 hours, or until veggies are tender.

Just before serving, add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Serve.
