ingredients
3 cups ground corn
1 cup water
1 pound pork meat
3 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 green bell pepper
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup dry wine
1 1/2 tablespoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 package corn husks (i.e., tamale husks), prepared according to directions

Mix ground corn with water and strain.
Fry the pork and in the excess fat cook the garlic, onion, pepper, tomato sauce and the wine. Add these ingredients to the ground corn and season with salt and pepper.
Stuff husks with the mixture and cook for an hour in boiling water or in a pressure cooker for 10 or 15 minutes at 15 lb. pressure.
