Bacon-Wrapped Oyster Stuffing Balls

ingredients
1 can (5 ounce size) smoked oysters, drained, chopped
2/3 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup water
8 slices bacon, halved, partially cooked
directions
Combine oysters, stuffing mix, black pepper and water. Add another teaspoon water if mixture seems too dry.
Form into balls with about 1 tablespoon mixture for each. Wrap 1/2 slice bacon around each secure with toothpick.
Place on rack in shallow baking pan. Cook at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
