5 tablespoons salt
6 tablespoons black pepper
3 tablespoons ground red pepper
6 tablespoons sugar
7 tablespoons ground sage
directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pour a little oil in skillet and fry a small amount to check seasoning amounts. Make whatever adjustments are needed.
Shape into patties and fry.
