2 pounds hamburger (I use extra lean)
2 tablespoons quick salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (coarse ground)
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
directions
Mix well, shape into 3 rolls. Wrap in plastic wrap or foil. Refrigerate overnight.
Remove wrap. Bake at 300 degrees F for 1-1/2 hours or until done.
