Sloppy Joes never go out of style for feeding a crowd. This pressure cooker recipe makes a bun-ready Joe that you can make ahead of time so you can enjoy the party too.

ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon minced garlic 6 pounds boneless chuck, cut in 1-inch cubes 1/2 cup chili sauce 1/2 cup water 1 cup barbecue sauce 1 onion, chopped
directions
Set the pressure cooker to saute mode. Add the oil. When hot, add the garlic and beef. Cook, stirring until the beef is browned.
Stir in the chili sauce, water, barbecue sauce, and onion. Mix well.
Place the lid on the pressure cooker and set to pressure cook for 1 hour.
When the cook time is up, use the quick-release method to release the steam.
Remove the meat to a bowl. Shred the meat using two forks, adding additional barbecue sauce if desired.
Serve on buns with any additional desired toppings and condiments.
