1 box (18.25 ounce size) yellow cake mix
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
TOPPING
1 cup sugar (white)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup nuts
directions
Beat eggs, oil and water in bowl. Add vanilla (optional). Add cake mix from box and vanilla instant pudding. This can be mixed together with a fork. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Pour batter in 9- x 13-inch cake pan.
For Topping: Mix together and sprinkle all over batter. Work it in with spatula.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
