Chicken And Mushroom Curry

ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
salt and pepper
2 teaspoons oil
1 cup curry sauce
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 ounces slivered almonds
1/2 cup cranberries or raisins
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 cup basmati rice, prepared according to direction
directions
Brown seasoned chicken in oil in skillet, 2 minutes on each side. Add curry sauce and cover and cook 10 minutes.
Stir in mushrooms, almonds and cranberries and cover and cook 5 minutes. Add rice and stir in yogurt and cilantro.
