2 cups shredded red cabbage
2 cups shredded cabbage
2 carrots, shredded
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
directions
Place cabbage and carrots in a nonreactive mixing bowl. Add salt, pepper, mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic powder. Mix well.
