Red Robin Bacon Cheeseburger

ingredients
1 patty (5.5-ounce size) ground beef
3 slices Hickory-smoked bacon, cooked
1/4 teaspoon Red Robin Seasoning or seasoned salt
2 slices cheddar cheese
1 sesame seed hamburger bun
1/3 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
2 teaspoons mayonnaise
directions
Preheat barbecue.
Shape ground beef into round patty slightly larger than the sesame seed bun. Sprinkle with Red Robin seasoning blend on both sides of the patty. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes per side.
About 1 minute before the burger is done place slices of your favorite cheese on top of the patties and allow cheese to melt. Toast top and bottom of sesame seed bun.
Spread mayo on toasted bottom bun. Add grilled burger with the slices of melted cheese onto bottom bun. Add tomato slices to burger.
Lay cooked hickory bacon on top of tomatoes. Place 2 pieces of bacon to form an X and 3rd piece across center of X. Top with shredded lettuce. Finish by placing top bun on lettuce.
