ingredients
3 cups shrimp, deveined
Salad
1 medium tender green cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped spring onion
1 stalk celery chopped
Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
salt, to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon crushed mustard seed
directions
Boil the shrimp until cooked; chop coarsely.
Mix all the salad ingredients.
Mix all the dressing ingredients; toss the salad with dressing.
Chill for 7-8 hours, before serving
