Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.

McDonalds? Lobster? You heard right, and the fast food giant actually keeps this New England staple pretty simple. Fresh lobster and a crunchy lettuce leaf on a good roll is all it takes. Add some dried herbs or red pepper flakes into the mayo for a nice addition.

1/2 cup chopped cooked lobster meat
1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 pinch salt
1 leaf lettuce
1 hoagie roll or large hot dog bun, sliced lengthwise
Combine the lobster, mayonnaise, and salt in a bowl. Mix to coat the lobster in the mayonnaise.
Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of the hoagie roll. Spread the lobster mixture over the lettuce, packing it lightly. Gently press the top of the bun down to form the sandwich.
Serve the lobster sandwich immediately.
The lobster filling can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

very good but,missing chopped dill.
This recipe is missing the essential spice and/or herb in the mayo which makes the recipe interesting at MaDonald.

Add a splash of sriracha to the mayo/lobster mix!
Oddly enough, it is menu item at select stores mostly in Maine during the summer months.
Where do they serve Lobster Sandwiches??? And are you sure it's lobster...
I'm guessing it's one of those regional/limited time sort of sandwiches... as to what's in it? I'm not sure I want to know!
