ingredients
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup heavy maple syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/4 cup pecan halves
1 pie shell, unbaked (9" size)
sweetened whipped cream
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Blend together butter, maple syrup, brown sugar and salt. Stir in eggs, mixing until well blended.
Add pecans and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 40-45 minutes until firm. Serve with sweetened whipped cream.
