1 large package (18-20 ounce size) cheese tortellini
DRESSING
3/4 cup Caesar dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons water
1 envelope light dry Caesar Dressing mix
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
salt to taste
directions
Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain.
In separate bowl mix together the dressing ingredients. Stir in the tortellini.
Chill for several hours or overnight.
