1 package chicken gizzards
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 cups long grain white rice
3 cups chicken broth
directions
Chop gizzards small, fry in half the butter. Set aside.
Brown rice in rest of butter. Add broth and seasoning and reserved gizzards. Let simmer for at least 20 minutes until water evaporates.
Let rice standing covered for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork.

I just left this restaurant after having it for the first time. This recipe does not have the ground pork sausage that is there dirty (Cajun) rice.
