Normally I would think this was a silly use of a crock pot. I mean, you can just cook this regularly, right? But, I needed to make something for dinner but had things I needed to do in the meantime so I tried this. It was nice to assemble it then go take care of my project and then come back and have dinner ready for the family. So, it all worked out! And yeah, it was a decent use of the crock pot afterall.
