Zesty Broccoli Cauliflower Gratin

ingredients
1/3 cup bread crumbs, dried
2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, extra sharp, finely shredded
2 cups broccoli florets, small
2 cups cauliflower flowerets, small cut
non-stick cooking spray
1 tablespoon margarine, reduce calorie, melted
1 tablespoon coarse mustard
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Combine breadcrumbs and cheddar cheese; stir breadcrumb mixture well and set aside.
Arrange broccoli and cauliflower in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam 4 minutes or until tender crisp.
Drain vegetables and place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Combine margarine, mustard and white pepper in a small bowl; drizzle over broccoli and cauliflower and toss well.
Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over vegetables, and bake at 425 degrees F for 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
