Longhorn Broccoli-Cauliflower Casserole With Water Chestnuts

ingredients
3 eggs, beaten
1 pound cottage cheese
3 tablespoons flour
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen cauliflower and broccoli, thawed
1 can (8 ounce size) water chestnuts
1/4 cup bacon bits
1 cup shredded longhorn cheese
directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix together the eggs, cottage cheese, flour, vegetables, water chestnuts, and bacon bits. Pour into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the longhorn cheese evenly over the top.
Place in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for one hour or until bubbly in the middle.
Serve hot.
