4 cans (20 ounce size) hominy, drained
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of chicken soup
1 can (7 ounce size) diced green chilies
1/2 pound Velveeta processed cheese product or American cheese, cubed
1 pound hot dogs or ham, diced
directions
Make sure the hominy is well drained then mix with the cream soups, green chilies, cubed cheese, and hot dogs.
Pour the mixture into the crock pot (or just mix it in the crock pot). Cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours.
Stir the mixture after an hour or so, then again before serving.
