Beef, tomato, and rice with a hint of spice. Spanish rice made easy in the crock pot.

2 pounds ground chuck or beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 can (28 ounce size) tomatoes
2 cans (8 ounce size) tomato sauce
1 cup water
2 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup uncooked converted rice
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the beef, onion, and bell pepper. Cook, stirring, until the beef is browned. Drain off any excess grease and add the beef mixture to the crock pot.
Add the remaining ingredients to the crock pot and stir well to combine.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours or until the rice is tender.
Stir again before serving and adjust seasoning as needed.
