Self Crust Chicken Pie

ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken or turkey, chopped
2 hard cooked eggs, peeled and sliced
1 1/4 cup chicken or turkey broth
1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1/4 cup margarine, softened
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
directions
Place chicken in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Layer egg slices on top of chicken.
In a medium saucepan, combine broth and celery soup and bring to a boil. Pour hot broth over chicken and eggs.
In a medium mixing bowl, cut margarine into flour. Blend in milk and pepper.
Spoon dough over mixture in baking dish (dough will not be smooth). Bake in a preheated 425 degrees F oven for 30 minutes or until the crust is browned.
