Brisket With Gingersnap Gravy

ingredients
5 pounds beef brisket
1 cup water
3/4 cup chili sauce
1 envelope onion soup mix
6 gingersnaps, crushed
directions
Place brisket in a roasting pan. In a bowl, combine the water, chili sauce and soup mix; pour over meat. Cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 2-1/2 to 3 hours or until tender. Cool; cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove meat and cut into 1/4-in.-thick slices; return to the pan. Sprinkle with gingersnap crumbs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes or until heated through.
