It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

- #33334

30-60 minutes
ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 pint sour cream
2 cups Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup onion
1 teaspoon oregano
3 packages crescent rolls
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut and dice onion, brown onion and hamburger then drain. Next add in your sour cream, Mozzarella cheese and oregano. Mix in skillet and slowly simmer.
While this is simmering, take 13 x 9 inch glass dish and lightly grease. Unroll your crescent rolls. Layer them in the dish, saving one roll for the top.
When done, spoon in your meat mixture and add top layer of crescent roll. Put in oven for 20-25 minutes.
Cut and serve. Can add leftover sour cream to top if you would like.
