Taco Quiche

ingredients
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 pound ground beef
3/4 cup biscuit baking mix
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/4 cup milk
3 eggs
2 chopped tomatoes
sour cream
lettuce
directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Brown hamburger and onion; drain.
Whip together in a blender the milk, baking mix, and eggs. Combine with hamburger, onions, and taco seasoning. Spray pie pan with vegetable spray, then add ingredients. Bake 25 minutes in 10 inch pie plate. Arrange tomatoes and cheese on top and bake another 8 minutes.
Serve with sour cream. Put generous amount of sour cream in middle and surround with chopped lettuce and more tomatoes.
