ingredients

1 cup warm water, PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
1 tablespoon warm water
1 tablespoon dark molasses
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup dark rye flour
1 tablespoon gluten flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon quick rising yeast
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, cut into bits
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 tablespoon cracked rye
1 tablespoon whole wheat kernels
1 tablespoon millet
1 tablespoon old fashioned oats
1 tablespoon cornmeal
1 tablespoon bakers bran
1 tablespoon cracked wheat

directions

Combine all the ingredients in the bread machine in the order recommended by your machine manufacturer.

Set the machine for wheat bread with a medium crust.

When the bake cycle is done, remove the pan from the bread machine. Remove the bread from the pan and place on a wire rack to cool.

Let cool for 30 minutes then slice and serve.

Store remaining bread in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
