1 2/3 cup bread flour 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1 cup warm water 3 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast 1 1/4 teaspoon salt

Combine all the ingredients in the bread machine in the order recommended by the machine manufacturer. Select white bread setting with a light crust.
When the bake cycle is complete, remove the pan from the machine and let cool for 10 minutes. Remove the bread from the pan and let cool on a wire rack before slicing and storing in an airtight container.
