ingredients
3/4 pound cold roast beef
3 ounces onions
1 can (6.5 ounce size) tomatoes
1 can (7.75 ounce size) baked beans
1 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon gravy powder
salt and pepper
1 pound potatoes
3 ounces English Cheddar cheese (grated)
directions
Mince the cold beef and onions into a basin. Stir in tomatoes and baked beans, flour, gravy powder, salt and pepper and turn into a 1 1/2 pint shallow pie dish.
Peel and slice potatoes, arrange on top of the meat. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 40 minutes. Ten minutes before end of cooking time, sprinkle with grated cheese.

I used to do this many years ago(30)when I had three small children and like today not a lot of money. The children have now grown up and moved away and I am now finding it just as hard to make ends meet with just two of us. I have become a little rusty over what I needed for this and there it was on the net.
