Slow Cooker Creamy Zucchini And Potato Soup

ingredients
5 cups zucchini, diced
1 large potato, peeled and cubed
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/2 cup milk or cream
directions
Combine the zucchini, potato, green onions, broth, butter, and tarragon in the crock pot.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 4 hours or until the potatoes are almost soft.
Stir in the milk or cream. Continue to cook, covered, for one more hour or until heated through and the potatoes are tender.
Stir gently before serving. Adjust seasoning as needed.
