Dark cocoa pasta is a bit crazy, but in a good way. These homemade noodles are a ton of fun to make, and can be used in all sorts of funky sweet pastas made with cream cheese or ricotta. Savory dishes too, if you're feeling creative.

2 cups semolina flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs, beaten
ice water, if needed
Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and sugar into a bowl.
In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla and eggs until smooth. While stirring, add the flour slowly to the egg mixture until a dough forms.
Knead the dough into a smooth dough, adding ice water if needed to get the right consistency.
Roll the dough out using a rolling pin and cut as desired.
Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain well then serve as desired.

The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.
