I absolutely loved this recipe, but I changed it quite a lot to make it work. I added the banana to the butter and icing sugar mixture and beat that with an electric mixer. I then added the vanilla essence and the chocolate. However at this point I didn't think that the mixture needed milk at all, and was actually a little too runny and not chocolatey enough so I added about 1/3 cup of cocoa - and it turned out to be the best icing I have ever made!!! So delicious.

Whatever you do don't taste this before you put it on the cake or cupcakes. Otherwise, you won't have any left because you won't be able to stop eating it. Don't ask me how I know this fact. Time to make a second batch (good thing I had more bananas)
