No Bake Low Carb Chocolate Cheesecake

ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese
1 egg
1 cup hot water
3 teaspoons gelatin
1 cup sugar equivalent
1 cup cream
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon rum, optional
directions
Melt gelatin in hot water, let it cool. Soften cream cheese.
In mixer, whip up cream cheese, egg and sweetener until well blended. Add cocoa and gelatine mixture, whip well. Whip and cream and mix in well.
Pour into dish and refrigerate until set.

What type of cream do I need for this recipie? Do the Directions "Whip (and) cream and mix in well" need to be changed to "Whip (the) cream and mix in well"?
Anything fat-free is going to be higher in carbs

I came up with 69 grams of carbs in entire cake and about 8.5 grams of carbs in one slice. I used non-fat cream and non-fat cream cheese I used Splenda for my sweetner. It is a great recipe other than the carbs I think have to be wrong.
