Molasses Fudge

ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup melted butter
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, grated
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
Combine sugars, cream, molasses and butter. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes.
Add chocolate. Boil 5 minutes longer, stirring until well blended and then only enough to prevent burning. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Stir until creamy.
Turn into buttered pan and chill.
