ingredients
1 can (28 ounce size) tomatoes
1 can (6 ounce size) tomato paste
1 medium green pepper, cut in pieces
1 small onion, cut in pieces
1 clove garlic
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups cubed cooked pork
4 ounces sliced pepperoni
Parmesan cheese
directions
In blender, combine undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, green peppers, onion, garlic, sugar, salt, oregano, basil, chili powder and pepper. Cover, blend until chopped.
Pour half the mixture into crock pot. Add pork and pepperoni to remaining tomato mixture in blender container. Cover; blend until chopped. Add to crock pot. Cover; cook on high for 3-4 hours.
